MENTAL HEALTH FLAG TOUR STOPS IN CALIFORNIA

On May 27, 2004, all mental health advocates are invited to join in the Mental Health Advocacy Day rally on the west steps of the Capitol. The theme of this years rally is F.A.N.S. -- Fairness, Awareness, New Hope, Success. Advocates will meet with legislators between 2 and 3 p.m. In the morning, there will be advocacy training to educate on the harms of the impending budget cuts, a picnic, and a mental health flag ceremony.
