The project I am most excited about is my Mental Health Flag Tour, please click on "Flag Tour" and you can read about what the Mental Health Flag is and why I want to tour all fifty states, then you can click on the states on the United States map and see the states where the Mental Health Flag has flown and stories of the flag ceremonies.(The flag tour starts in Arkansas, so click Arkansas first.)

If you want to read my story, my mother has written a book, Journey Not Chosen…Destination Not Known Living with Bipolar Disorder. I also wrote a chapter in the book. You can click on "Books" to find out more. I have also just completed my own book titled, Girl in a Blender, Mixture of Emotions, which is also on the "Books" page.
